The following terms and conditions govern your participation in any online tutoring program offered through Learn Math with Us. Please take the time to read through them carefully before completing your enrollment.

Throughout this document, ‘we’ and ‘us’ refer to Learn Math with Us, the provider of online tutoring services.

‘You’ refers to the enrolled student, and ‘Adviser’ refers to the dedicated individual who provides ongoing guidance and support throughout your learning journey.

Your Course

Your course consists of a comprehensive set of online resources, interactive tools, learning materials available through our platform, and direct tutor support provided by our team.

Our Right to Suspend Services

We reserve the right to discontinue providing services to you under any of the following circumstances:

Outstanding fees remain unpaid beyond the 10th of the due date
You are absent from your course for 2 or more consecutive weeks without prior arrangement of a scheduled break agreed upon with your adviser
You breach any of the terms and conditions outlined in this document
Your conduct is deemed inappropriate or unacceptable by Learn Math with Us
You engage in behavior that threatens, intimidates, or harasses any member of our staff or fellow students.

We are committed to delivering our services to you with a reasonable level of skill, professionalism, and care at all times.

Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy extremely seriously at Learn Math with Us. Any personal information you provide during enrollment or at any other point is governed by our Privacy Policy. We strongly encourage you to read it, as it outlines what data we collect, how and when it is gathered, how it is used, and with whom it may be shared. For further clarification on any privacy related matter, please speak directly with your adviser. By enrolling in any of our courses, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out in our Privacy Policy.
